Medical disclaimer

Ojafi is not a medical service. Reading this page is a condition of using the product.

Not a substitute for medical advice

Everything Ojafi shows you: your reading, the meals and movement it suggests, and the sleep and wake times it proposes, is general wellness guidance drawn from a traditional model. It is not a diagnosis, a treatment or a prescription, and nothing in the app has been evaluated by a regulator.

Consult a clinician

Talk to a qualified medical professional before starting herbs, supplements, fasting protocols, or significant dietary changes, particularly if you have a diagnosed condition (including but not limited to diabetes, autoimmune disease, mental health conditions, cardiovascular conditions), are pregnant, breastfeeding, or under 18.

Herbs can interact with medications

Many Ayurvedic herbs (including ones we may recommend) can interact with prescription medications. Ashwagandha, for example, can affect thyroid medication; Triphala can interact with anticoagulants. Always cross-check with your prescriber.

If something feels wrong, stop

Discontinue any practice that causes adverse effects and seek medical attention. Email help@ojafi.com so we can adjust your protocol.
