Refund policy
Ojafi bought in the app is billed by Apple or Google, and refunds go through them. Ojafi bought on our website is billed through Whop, and refunds come from us. Either way, cancelling takes about thirty seconds and never requires talking to anyone.
Bought on ojafi.com
A membership bought on our website is billed through Whop, our payment provider, and the refund is ours to give. Within 30 days of any charge, write to help@ojafi.com from the address you signed up with and we refund that charge in full, no questions asked. It returns to the card or account you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 working days. A free trial costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund if you cancel before it ends. To cancel, open your membership page on ojafi.com and choose Manage or cancel membership; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. The charge shows on your statement as WHOP*OJAFI, and your receipt comes from Whop on behalf of Acrune, the company that sells Ojafi on Whop.
Cancelling
On iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Ojafi → Cancel. On Android: Play Store → Payments and subscriptions → Ojafi → Cancel. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Refunds on the App Store
Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com, signed in with the Apple Account that paid. Apple decides these; we are not shown the request and cannot approve one on your behalf.
Refunds on Google Play
Ask through your Play subscriptions. Within 48 hours of purchase Google usually refunds automatically; after that they may ask us, and if you have written to us we will support it.
If something is actually broken
Write to help@ojafi.com and tell us what happened. We cannot issue the refund ourselves, but we can tell the store we support it, and we would rather fix the thing than argue about the money.
Free either way
The questions and your reading are free and always will be. A subscription buys the daily read, not the answer to who you are.
