Support
Write to help@ojafi.com and a person reads it. Tell us what you were doing and what happened instead, and if it is about your account, write from the address you signed up with so we can find you without asking.
Signing in
Use the same method you signed up with. A magic link or a code is sent to your address and is good for a short window, so if one has gone stale, ask for another rather than reusing it. Records that have synced to your account can be restored after signing in. If records are missing, contact us before reinstalling the app.
Billing and cancelling
If you subscribed through the iOS app, Apple manages your billing. For cancellation and refund instructions, see: how to cancel or ask for a refund.
Your data, and deleting it
Open Settings in the app to export your account data or request account deletion. See account deletion instructions if you no longer have the app installed. Account deletion cannot be undone. What we hold and why is in the privacy policy.
What Ojafi is not
Ojafi is not medical advice and does not diagnose or treat anything. It records what you eat and how you feel and looks for patterns in your own data, which is a different job from a clinician's and never a replacement for one. If something is painful, persistent or new, see a doctor first. There is more in the medical disclaimer.
